The organic farming Tsakiris eggs or bioNatural as they are widely known are laid in the estates of the family in Neochorouda, Thessaloniki, by chickens that live free like they did in the grandpa’s coop but they are exclusively “organically” bred. Organic corn, wheat as well as clover –all of Greek origin- are used in poultry farming. The estates together with the feed are organically certified by A Cert European Organization for Certification S.A. aCert. At this point, it needs to be noted that no animal origin feed is used, while the use of drugs is completely absent. The chicken is practically raised in an entirely natural environment with all the “gifts” offered by nature.
